I believe we need to think outside the box for the next Superman show after Smallville is over. How about a series that has Superman's gal Lois as the main focus (but not stealing Supes thunder).

Eh...personally, I don't think the idea would get very far, at least not without somehow turning into "Lois & Clark" all over again.

Although, if I was going to make a Superman series with Lois as the central character, mine would be...different than past shows. And by "...different", I mean "potentially fanbase-enraging", if that's any clue.

Does sound like it'd be a little too similar to Lois and Clark. I'd love to see someone take a shot at a Jimmy Olsen show, though--watching the poor guy trying to keep up with all the super-powered insanity going on around Metropolis might be fun.

No, the show would have Lois as the main protagonist (or central character).

Still, changing the perspective wouldn't change a whole lot of what's going on. The show would still have to primarily be about all the adventures Superman gets involved in, Lois finding out some sort of villainous plot that Clark has to bust up, and the burgeoning romance between the two. The only difference between that and Lois & Clark would be that the camera would be following the one without powers.
