Long Island: The 51st state?

Please no, you'll have them thinking they're more important than they already think they are.

I was born in the Bronx, I grew up in New Jersey, I've worked in Manhattan for most of the last 11 years...but I've barely been to Long Island more than a dozen times in my life.

Unless Billy Joel or Bruce Springsteen are playing at Nassau Colliseum, I have no need of the place.

I live on long island in oceanside(part of hemp stead) and have all my life... and this place blows.

i wanna move out, tax's here suck, the people are a bunch a herbs, and its overrun by jewish people.

im not saying its all of long island but here in oside it sucks, no offense to jewish people but the more of them we have coming in the more banks we need to open up, and property goes up in price.. i hate it.


as of this year 4 new banks went up within a few blocks from each other.

there are now 6 banks all on one block, its ******ed!!

if anything should split, it should be california... everyone already calls it Norcal and Socal... and the state is too big anyway

it wasn't racist, im just saying oceanside went up in price and has become a place for wealthier family's to move to, most of the wealthy familys that have come in seem to be jewish thus they have more money, not to say the other religions don't count, but the numbers point at them being wealthier.

so when the more of them come in more banks go up.. in once shopping center alone next to Nathans theres 4 banks. i walk 30 feet to each bank.
