Anyone else noticed all of the random posters of men in underwear in Lost Boys?

In every scene there's a poster on a wall of a man in his underwear

Though it predates his Batman flicks, Schumacher still wasn't very subtle with the gay touches in Lost Boys. I mean, the oiled-up shirtless-an-greasy singer thrusting his pelvis around in tight pants would practically be enough on its own, but you've just found the hidden gay porn cache within the film. t:

Yeah seriously. There's a scene where Corey Haim is in his room, and on the wall is this picture of this oily chip and dale looking man wearing nothing but a jock strap. I wonder what dear old mom had to say about that.

Indeed. Autumn brought so much life to a dull season 3 and made season 4 the best season. She deserves better than this.

Autumn Reeser, the lead actress casted for this played Taylor Townsend on The O.C. during Season 3 and Season 4. The last two seasons. She was kind of a cooky crazy Tracy Flick like character.

Dude this film has a huge cult following and will catch a lot of recognition with the Coreys getting kind of a one last chance at being stars thing. If the girl was a decent actress, it's a perfect vehicle to launch her career. Not many people were watching O.C. at the end. That's why you can't watch it now. So if she wants a career, doing a movie with a built in audience might be a great step.

Eh. It's direct to video though and those almost always suck, original cast or not...and she was an awesome actress..and was the number uno reason/spark of life the show had in it's final seasons. She'd be much better of doing something theatrical than DTV.

Further testament that their new reality show is as scripted as it seems, both Corey Feldman and Corey Haim (crocodile tears, then?) have signed to star in the brothers Warner’s “The Lost Boys 2 : The Tribe”, according to Shock Til You Drop.

The story was – as the Corey’s new reality show reminded us – that Feldman was asked back, but refused to return unless his ‘best friend’ Haim was also onboard. Hmm… either that line was always bull**** or the fan-backlash against Haim not being offered a role led to just that.
Whatever the case, both Corey’s have now been offered the chance to reprise their roles as Edgar and Sam, respectively, in the DTV sequel. Jamison Newlander, another star of the original 1987 fave, is also joining them.

Assumingly, Feldman, Haim and Newlander will only have small roles – even cameos – in the film, since STYD are reporting that Tad Hilgenbrinck (the dude that played Stifler’s cousin in “American Pie : Band Camp”) and Autumn Reeser (Taylor from the now-defunct “OC”) are playing the leads.
And you’ll never guess who’s playing the film’s big bad? None other than Angus Sutherland, half-brother of original top bloodsucker, Kiefer.
A month ago I didn’t care for the new sequel. The interest factor just peaked.

Feldman actually comes off as a pretty cool guy, like he's got his head together.

Yeah, they had something about him and Haim on E today. I never realized he was sober again by like '92. They were showing an interview of him from when TMNT 3 or something came out and he was very collected and pretty much over the BS of his youth.

yep Corey Haims character had a poster of Rob Lowe on his door.

Schumacher has been bringing the Homoerotisim for years, its just no one noticed until Batman and Robin.

lost girls was actually schumachers idea back in the 80s during talk of a theatrical sequel. glad THAT didnt happen.

Regardless of the overt homo-erotic subtext, The Lost Boys is still one of my favorite movies of all time.
