But even as Superman you could still benefit by wearing the Batsuit on top of the Iron Man suit (with holes cut out for thrusters and repulsors etc), bonding with the symbiote, wearing the power ring, and wielding Mjolnir & Cap's shield. Batman would have even less chance against you, especially as he'd be naked.
