Mr. Para-Normal
It's funny how you say your not trying to be racist yet you make sure to point out that only white people went flocking to Paul Blart.
That last statement is total bull ****. Maybe Tyler Perry and his Madea films just aren't funny and they've gotten old.
Personally, I don't find it all that funny when a guy dresses up in drag as the same character but not just for one film but for most of them. Give the annoying stereotypical old black woman thing a rest.
I don't get this either. To me, you would think the way Perry is playing Madea let alone some of the other characters would be a slap in the face to the black community by using god awful old sterotype kind of personalities.
I'm white and I don't mind what race of people are in the movies I see. I surprisingly liked Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins. The only reason I thought I wasn't going to enjoy it was because Martin Lawrence hasn't been doing that great of films lately. It had me laughing quite a bit.
What it comes down to is I think people are just burnt out on the Madea crap. Tyler Perry should write something new and fresh.
