Is anyone actually reading this? The Manga runs 348 chapters strong and is just hilarious with exceptional action. Still can't believe this is done by the same guy who did Love Hina.

What started out as a love comedy, turns into a manga where a 10 year old boy gets his [BLACKOUT]arm cut off[/BLACKOUT] (for those that don't want to get spoilered.). There's quite a serious amount of blood flowing later on and not just from the noise bleeding of an underage boy loving, 15 year old highschool girl. (Yeah... you read that right.)

My two favorite characters are Ku Fei and Nagase Kaede. Anyone who reads the Manga knows what these two girls are capable of.

The plot synopsis sounded kind of interesting but how much/how far does the sexual innuendo go in here. I mean sometimes if its too much I just get really annoyed and stop reading.

I will admit, there's a lot of fan service in the series. It is after all done by the artist of Love Hina.

Everything in the manga is ridiculously over-the-top. And deliberately so. The action is gratuitous, the jokes and humour ham-fisted and about as subtle as a shotgun to the face, and the fan service accommodating of just about every fetish conceivable (from schoolgirls to catgirls to robotgirls to lolicon and even shotacon). But always in a humourously self-aware and tongue-in-cheek manner and comes just barely under SFW. Think Harry Potter meets Dragon Ball meets Love Hina, ramped up over 9000. A thumbs up comic for someone looking for very light reading and is willing not to take something too seriously.

To the OP:

Favourite characters would have to be ultimate badass, Jack Rakan (The Thousand Blades!!) and Nodoka Miyazaki (who I think is just as badass, but in a completely different and opposite way).

I think that describes it pretty good. It's too bad they cut the anime pretty short. Here's an awesome moment from one of the OAD specials that were sold with the Manga.
