Major problem with Zone Alarm.

Ok, I bought ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite a while ago. It is saying it's a trial version and won't accept the license key on the back of the cd booklet/case. Second time it has done this...but now the license key isn't working.

Please...help.

P.S. Oh, and it's shut off the firewall and anti-virus.
