Marvel continuity is starting to bug me...

How about you just post in threads instead of just making threads to ask your questions? I mean, this question totally coulda gone in one of the many Civil War threads. And those should I buy questions coulda gone in the official recommendations thread over in the Misc comics forum. Or even in the stupid question thread. (Which isn't about stupid questions per say, don't let the name fool you.) Some people don't like the needless random question threads, and feel that it clutters up the forum. Me, I don't care. Some of the best conversations come out of these types of threads after someone has hijacked it and it's spun off to a totally different topic than what it was originally about.

Continuity is a personal affair.

After all, unless you're trying to prove something to someone else...why can't you just pretend something happened later or didn't happen at all (how I'm dealing with Planet X).

I'm not saying it excuses bad stories...but for the most part you can ignore a lot of things.

Ever since Rachel appeared and claimed to be Jean Grey's daughter, the continuity has been messed up.
For one Rachey with the Pheonix power would have to be Chao's daughter, because even in that timeline Jean was under water "Healing" while Pheonix/Chaos wasn't.

Because this is a thread about you listing your particular Continuity problems and not restricted to Civil War.

What I don't get is why people feel the need to comment on this when they can just ignore it if it doesn't apply to them.
