Application: The "New Generations: Marvel MC2" RPG

How will the overall layout of the RPG be?: This RPG is the same as the Marvel RPG, but will focus on events after those that happened after MC2 comics, based off the Marvel MC2 continuity. The MC2 universe is based off of the 616 universe, but approximately 15 years in the future and the following events did or did not happen:

• Cassandra Lang is a member of the new Avengers under the alias of Stinger and doesn't possess the growth powers of her Earth-616 counterpart.
• Jessica Drew never regained her powers.
• May Parker was returned to Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson-Parker by Kaine, later becoming Spider-Girl.
• Scott Lang is alive and returned to active duty as Ant-Man after a period of retirement.
• The Avengers disbanded after a battle with their evil counterparts on an alternate Earth, resulting in the deaths of several Avengers, (including Henry Pym), and the events of Avengers Disassembled never occurred as a result.
• The death of Aunt May as shown in The Amazing Spider-Man #400 remains valid in MC2 continuity, whereas her Earth-616 counterpart was revealed to be alive in The Spectacular Spider-Man #263, with a genetic clone dying in her place. This was confirmed in the letters page of Spider-Girl #48.
• The events of The Other never occurred in Peter Parker life.
• The events of Civil War never occurred since there was no attack on Stamford, Connecticut by Nitro, Spider-Man's Identity is not revealed and there is no Superhuman Registration Act or the Initiative.
• The events of House of M and Decimation, which resulted in most of the world's mutants losing their mutant abilities, never occurred.
• Thor never destroyed Asgard and is ruling the realm much as his father Odin did in the past.
• Wonder Man's death in Force Works #1 remains valid in MC2 continuity. Constructs of him battled the current Avengers in A-Next #8 while protecting the Scarlet Witch, who was in a coma at the time.

And in this RPG, players will have three options:
1. Players can chose an existing MC2 character (ex:Spider-Girl)
2. Players can choose a 616 hero that is retired and put them back in their tights! (ex: Captain America)
3. Players can also create their own MC2 character, reincarnated from an old character or an original.​

Premise of RPG, if it is a user created RPG see below for applicable additions to this Applicaton, (Must be a paragraph or longer). 15 years in the future, where heroes like Captain America, Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, and the Avengers have all hung up their masks and retired, a new generation of heroes has emerged. Spider-Girl, A-Next, the Wild Thing, J2, the X-People, the Fantastic Five and others. This RPG lets you take control of your favorite MC2 hero, retired hero, or MC2 hero of your own creation. As the new and old generations of villians threaten the earth, It is up to the world's heroes, old and new, to stop evil in it's tracks.​

Like her father, aswell, she wears wrist devices that protrude a webbing-like substance from her forearms, allowing Spider-Girl to swing through New York and use the web as a defensive and offensive resort weapon.​

3. I'd love to do some things that could potentially alter May's life forever, with this RPG.​

Obviously I'm game, as for posting character app's etc, it gives an idea of how much interest there is, so the MOD's can see whether or not it's worth the approval etc...


Not sure who I'd be, the temptation to 'MC2' a character is rather high however, but I'd be glad to pick up someone to help other people out and keep the RPG afloat, but yeah, let's generate some interest.

Syn is really just going to help me and Cyrus with approvals and such. He might join when the other RPG's end their current season, which might be when this RPG goes up if it does.
