You should read some of the reviews in the rate and review thread in the SM-3 forum. Alot of people are saying they didn't enjoy SM-3 as much as SM-2.

I have to agree with you there,Doc Ock was never my favorite villain in the comic books,so I knew I wasn't to be blown away with him in SM2.But I do like Sandman and Venom as well as the Kingpin,and Rhino(I think) just to name a few.

My problem with SM2 is the dialogue, or the lack of. It's all just big speeches or regurgitating the same lines from earlier in the film or from the first film. It doesn't do much for the characters as they don't seem like people or real, and they lose a lot of integrity and it becomes annoying to say the least.

Spidey 2 mopped the floor with Spidey 1. I doubt SM-3 will live up to it's standard, but I hope it's still an enjoyable watch!

I still enjoy Spidey 1, but I also feel like Spidey 2 was a giant step forward in terms of film making. I went in expecting a fun Spider-man movie, and got not just that, but a great film. It really shines a light on what some of the flaws of the first film were. I'm very hyped about 3, but it has big shoes to fill to get near SM2. I'll find out in 2 days.t:

well i know with me.. its a hard toss up at the moment.. and heres why..

- Ock was a better villain than Venom and Sandman
-The action scenes in bother were just as fun
-But in spidey 2, i honestly can't bare to watch Kirsten and Tobey, Tobey whines way too much and Kirsten obviously took her depression of breaking up with Jake Gyllenhal out on her movie.. she didnt want to be there, and she acted horribly. But in spidey 3... I absolutely loved her.. and thats an utter shock to me, because i've never enjoyed her in the part until now, shes completely redeemed herself.

So at the moment... Its a toss up

EXACTLY how feel on both movies. I still watch and enjoy Spidey 1, but Spidey 2 definately improved on it in all areas IMO. Will be seeing Spidey 3 tomorrow but dont think it will be as good as the 2nd.
