I can't subscribe.
Maybe there will be a international partner in this? Or DVD/Blu Ray or other alternative means.

And what of those of us without access to Netflix?

You should be able to pick them up off Amazon or something, no? I believe the Australian region code is the same one as the European oneMaybe where you are.
That's exciting. It is so embarrassing though how Marvel is just beating down DC in adapting their characters, esp ones that aren't that well known.

Hopefully they get some sort of partner for local release to make it less of a hassle on y'all
It's the way of the future for TV in general.
On BRDs? I thought they wereNope, different region code.
The only thing embarrassing is attempts by people to start a **** fight.

I know the DVD region codes are a disaster with a trillion different ones

I really don't think they are gonna be too gritty with these shows. Darker than say Iron Man 3, but it's not like it's gonna feature the tone Punisher: War Zone had.

Whose attempting to start a fight? Just stating a simple fact. Lets not be embarrassing and blow things out of proportion.
Haha sorry for the confusion. Yeah, DVDs probably wouldn't be. But I think BRDs are only coded into three different regions - the Americas, Europe/Africa/Australia and Asia. So as a worst case scenario that might be an optionI thought you meant DVD's. BR I'm not so sure about.
Will these shows be limited or do they just have the first season guaranteed with the possibility of renewal? I know Defenders is limited, but what about Daredevil for example?
Then why say it's embarrassing? Embarrassing to whom exactly? You think WB execs are sitting in their offices red face and crying they can't get a bunch of C-list characters to Netflix? Or was it another typical shot across the bow towards DC fans saying 'Hey, we've got something you don't have'? Your comment was a direct attempt to **** stir.
