Marvel Television Marvel Studios' Eyes of Wakanda

Animation/drawing are better than What If?/X-Men '97 based from the trailer. But I have no interest in watching the series.

This drops today. I haven’t checked any of the episodes out yet, but the series has gotten good reviews so far. It looks like the biggest critique is that 4 episodes is too short.

I was pretty curious about this, but the first episode was fairly uninspiring tbh. Will see how the rest of it goes.

Got around to watching all 4 episodes and I thought it was pretty enjoyable. There is a story throughline that connects all the episodes and given the runtime, I think this probably could have been stiched together to be a movie though.

Thought it was cool that the last episode featured a future time traveling Black Panther and how the mcguffin of the episode tied into the 1st Black Panther movie.

Yeah, it ended up feeling a lot like Predator: Killer of Killers. The movie version of this would've just teased the time traveler in earlier scenes. I liked it more than I initially expected, though.

Just finished watching all episodes. It was alright, the best episode is the 3rd one.

I have seen the 1st 2 episodes now. 1st one was decent, but I found myself slightly bored. Maybe cause I was tired when watching it, I dunno l. 2nd one interested me more. I wasn't in love with the concept of it, but by time we got to the final like 5 mins, I was more engaged. So I liked that one quite a bit.
