Of course. But I've never read it. In fact, despite being a comic book reader since the age of about 10 (I'm 29 now), I only just started reading Amazing Spider-Man following "One More Day."
Heh. Thing is, I totally understand why so many Spider-Man fans were so up in arms over the whole thing. But the arc got so much press that once it concluded, I started picking up the "Brand New Day" issues out of sheer morbid curiosity than anything else. Surprisingly, I liked 'em, and I've been reading the series ever since.
Oh, and I believe around the same time Spectacular Spider-Man debuted on television, which just completely blew me away, too. So I kind of had an inkling for more Spider-Man from my exposure to that awesome animated series, and with it now cancelled, Amazing Spider-Man is sort of the only place to get my fix.
I never really was all that into Spider-Man. Then OMD happened, and that pretty much killed all interest in the character. I'm not a bitter fanboy or anything, I just don't care anymore. The opposite of love is actually indifference.
I can relate. Same thing's happening with me towards DC right now, actually. I buy a few titles from them that I really enjoy, but the whole relaunch thing kind of has me thinking it's a perfect time to cut back on, as opposed to subscribe to more DC.
