This is actually a tough decision. I'm going to have to go with Hulk though. Mostly due to Peter Davids run. That has to be one of my favorite series especially when they killed off Betty just as everything actually seemed to be going right for once. Total shock and it floored me. Especially Banner just staying totally calm afterwards and then trying to kill himself when no one was watching. I honestly had no idea what to think at that point.

Hulk. Marvel has actually done something in the last 10 years that I didn't think it was possible: made me lose interest in Spiderman and care more for Hulk. It seems that there focus on guys involved in their MCU tend to have more of a push than anyone else.
