Marvel x DC - Part 2

Wow. This one's really hard. Like KG said, I like both for different reasons.

... ****! Guess I'll go with the crazy one. Black Cat. Maybe I've just got a thing for bad girls.

The Winner of Round 2209 is...Mary-Jane Watson (6-4)

Marvel Round - Round 2210
Silk (ehhh...) x Spider-Gwen

Silk is not that bad and i'm actually excited for her solo series but damn Spider-Gwen is great. so yeah her and I can't wait for her series even more. Plus I love seeing alternate versions of spidey's villains and an evil Matt Murdock? sold!

Silk's the worst.

This is a character that has been hostaged away in a bunker for ten years, and when she's freed, instead of concerning herself with trying to find her parents or showing any signs of trauma, she immediately becomes this spastic, well-adjusted "hey Spider-Man! Lets have sex every chance we get" bonehead. And what's worse than a character who can solve every single problem with ease? She shows up all the time to save Spider-Man (an experienced hero who has dealt with all of his own villains dozens of times over) from his own rogues because Slott is more interested in upsaling this totally new awesome character we all MUST love than to tell well-written in-character stories of Peter. She needed to stop Electro...she has organic electric-proof webbing. She needs to travel through a radioactive wasteland. Now that same organic webbing can filter out radiation. Peter flat-lines? Her organic webbing can jump-start his heart. What's this? The Flash is lost in the Speed Force? Silk's webbing can open a rift into the Speed Force.

Need to take Carnage down? Her webbing is sonic webbing.
The Lizard? Her webbing can cure his transformation.
Its MY money and I need it NOW??? SILK'S WEBBING...!!!

And she's sooooo perfect, as a woman and as a hero. Who needs the Avengers? Silk's on the job! She's only been locked away for a huge chunk of her life, but sure, she can handle threats she's never faced before because sheeeeeee's SILK, everyone! And whatever Dan Slott says, goes. We all LOVED Jackpot! And we all LOVED Alpha! So SILK.

I vote Spider-Gwen, by the way :o

Spider-Gwen, I feel like Dan Slott has made Silk unlikable on purpose. Sure is written that way.

I hate Mary-Sues as it is and Spider-Gwen is actually an interesting idea.

Spider-Gwen.

What's with the event still going?
Let Silk web all inheritors to satiate their suckage hunger for eternity, and end the event.
THE END.

Wellwhen you say it like that, yeah she is pretty terrible xD. Thanks for clearing this up for me cause youre absolutely right now that i think about it. Bt i still don't hate her and Im looking towards the new series cause it's not Slott writing her =D

If Slott's not writing the book, she could end up like Red Hulk for me; another character that was so damn God awful, but once (Loeb) stopped handling the character and other writers took the wheel, I liked him.

I actually wanted to like Silk, but...you know...Slott...Spider-Verse...

Vixen.

The first arc of that Justice League run is a chore to read.
I did not give Brad Meltzer and Jim Lee wannabe's run a second chance to change my mind.
