Even though I've only read 52 and the Return of Superman I like him a lot. I never cared for US Agent.

I don't even know anything about him but I never cared for Steel until his appearance in 52 and only for his appearance in 52 because I thought it was cool that he was like a liquid metal Colossus and could melt stuff. U.S. Agent at least always intrigued me when I first saw/heard of him.
