MCU Tag Team Battles: Hulk Vs. Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, & Star-Lord

Hulk has improved a lot and he has shown to be much more formidable than before. Just the level of threats he has faced proves it. Thor, Fenris, Surtur, Thanos...

Hulk can beat Cap in a matter of seconds. If Hulk goes ballistic there's little chance. Also Peter Quill weapons and tech won't do anything to Hulk other than piss him off. In a team setting Cap and Peter Quill may land some hits but Hulk will soak it all with ease.

The one really capable of putting some hurt on Hulk is Iron Man but even the Bleeding Edge armour is not made to deal with the Hulk like the Hulkbuster was. And the Hulkbuster had Veronica as a backup constantly sending parts to restrain Hulk and replace damage pieces from the Hulkbuster.

While I would tend to agree that Hulk is more than capable of defeating Cap don't write him and Starlord off just yet.

Cap held back Thanos's hand temporarily so he is clearly of a decent power level. As long as he didn't tank a direct punch from Hulk Cap can keep Hulk distracted.

Star-Lord had an explosion that albeit just for a moment knocked Thanos to one knee so to say that Hulk could soak all of this up is a bit of an assumption I think.

In a battle and team setting what did Cap, Star Lord and even Spider-Man did to Thanos?

- Star Lord did indeed have tech capable of stunning Thanos and even holding him down for a brief moment. Otherwise the blasters barely annoyed him. He had to rely on Doctor Strange's portals to evade Thanos and come close to him.

- Spider-Man also relied on Doctor Strange's portals to surprise Thanos and land some hits. Hits that didn't do anything. Thanos quickly caught SM and could have taken him out right there.

- Captain America came in under Thanos to tag him 3 times which really didn't do anything to Thanos. Cap then proceeded to hold on to Thanos hand with all he had for a moment before being knocked out with a right.

I mean Hulk isn't Thanos but i think we can draw a comparison between both. Hulk would likely do a similar job.

My point is that for sure the team would put a good fight when everyone is landing hits and working together. But in my view Hulk would take them out 1 by 1. Hulk would take plenty of damage from Iron Man and would have to deal with some shots from Cap, SM and Star Lord but as soon as Hulk caught one of these last 3 it would be game over for each and every one of them.

Iron Man would be the last man standing but with the way Hulk fights he would eventually also take IM out with great effort.

Didn't know we were including that Hulk movie.

In that case im definitely with the foursome. Blonsky was shown to be able to pierce Hulk's skin with his spikes, Fenris with his teeth. (stabby weapons seem mess up pretty much everyone in the MCU lol)

So it stands to reason that Iron Man could pierce the Hulk with his nano sword.

Spidey lands one or two web shots to the eyes to temporarily blind him giving Stark the chance he needs to give Banner 12 inches off the top.

It's very clear HUlk is way stronger than his TIH version and he has been Hulk for two years fighting in Sakaar. he is not TIH HUlk anymore.

Yes wasn't that mainly to avoid him being able to hit them with a blast from the gauntlet though can't rememver the fight that well? I see what you mean none of these three are likely to be the one to kill Hulk.

Cap is the one I feel most sorry for because if it goes the wrong he's the only non flyer here lol poor Cap.

Even if they lose Cap that's why I think I like there odds as well a triple aerial advantage means Hulk couldn't target or even anticipate where they are all coming from.

I don't think it would be a stomp for the foursome maybe lose a man or two just think they'd get it done in the end.

Bleeding Edge Armour isn't the Hulkbuster + Veronica.

I mean the BEA is a formidable armour that performed well against Thanos but his fighting style is different also because of the Gauntlet. Cull Obsidian for example was going toe-to-toe against the BEA and even had the upper hand a few times and fights differently and much more like the Hulk does.

The Hulkbuster + Veronica where armour and tech designed specifically to counter Hulk's fighting style. And in 10 fights between the 2, Hulk would likely win 8 out of 10 imo. Hulk was being controlled by Scarlet Witch and then got distracted and confused when confronted with civilian casualties. If he where to go all out without distractions the Hulkbuster would likely find the same fate over and over again.
