I'm watching this movie on TBS right now. Its the third time I watch it and, man, I've loved it every time. I think Mean Girls may be the best teen comedy since Ferris Bueller.

I'll agree. Hilarious movie. The laughs aren't cheap either.

Lindsey and Lacy are teh hawtness.

My favorite scene during this third viewing is when that girl almost kicked Tim Meadows in the face and he says:

"Oh hell no! I didn't leave South Central for this."

:D

"It's not my fault I have a heavy flow and a wide-set vagina."

I really like this movie.
I was surprised when I enjoyed it when I watched it on Encore.

I was surprised too. The trailers looked dumb! So, I waited till it was released on DVD. Thats when I saw it and I found it surprisingly hilarious!

^Likewise.

I was just watching it an hour ago.

Same here! I was watching it on TBS :)

"I'm sorry that people are so jealous of me... but I can't help it that I'm so popular."

"Do you know what people say about you? They say you are homeschooled jungle freak who's a less hot version of me. So don't try to act all innocent. You can take that fake apology and shove it straight up your hair little a-"

Great movie and VERY funny. :)

Yeah, Mean Girls is great. It actually manages to justify Lohan's career.

Lohan hasn't had a good follow-up. :( Rachel McAdams is the opposite, however. :D

I wouldn't say that. She did do Robert Altman's last film, which was well received, and Bobby did get a GG nob. Though yeah, McAdams is far better. Acting as well as looks and overall public persona.

I enjoyed it alot until the cheesy scene where the everyone finds out what was written about them and start brawling in the hallways.:whatever:

That was the funniest part and very plausable actually. My middle school had a similar experience. :o

I know middle school was a LONG time ago. 1993-1996 to be exact! But, I remember it clearly. It wasn't as exaggerated as Mean Girls. Yet it was a similar scenario.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this movie as well. I think it is a great comedy. Watching it makes me look forward to Tina Fey's next script.
