Mega Shark Vs. Giant Octopus

They actually mentioned this on Attack of the Show the other day. Munn actually said she wants to see it.

I saw the trailer on AOTS....and MTV.coms movie blog has an interview with Deborah Gibson about the movie

I actually saw this mentionned on CNN as it is being sold in the Marché de Films in Cannes.

You guys sure this isnt a Sat nite Sci-fi channel movie? heh.

Could also be a sexual metaphor disgused as an over the top knock down drag out fight between the raging shark and the octopus. Who knows?

Following the buzz generated by the release of the film's trailer, Gibson hinted on an interview that a sequel may be in the works. "Because God knows what else is in the ocean, she said. "I thought maybe a seahorse? Maybe a 500-foot lobster would be good. But yes, there is the potential for a sequel, and I would absolutely love it."
:lmao:

edit: It's out of stock at Amazon. :lmao:

A giant sea horse would be a mind**** of Lovecraftian proportions. Pair it with a hippo.

Peter Jackson must be pissed he made King Kong instead of this.

I heard James Cameron openly campaigned for the job, but apparently he wasn't qualified enough

The original end of Titanic had the boat getting bitten in half buy Mega Shark, but they had to scrap that ending because the CGI wasn't good enough. Thankfully, the geniuses at The Asylum knew how to make Mega Shark more realistic.

Guys, guys, guys the next step in a sequel is obviously an ARMY of Mega Sharks and Giant Octopus's then the Ocean gets nuked creating SUPER GIANT MEGA VERSIONS of anything in the ocean then in the third one the Hulk along with Godzilla and maybe even Superman comes in kicking some ocean ass

Good. He would have ruined the greatness of the movie by casting Bill Paxton in the role. And I happen to like Bill Paxton.

Guys I just saw the final battle of Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus and wow!! :wow:....it blew me AWAY!!
If you thought King Kong vs 3 T-rexes was a good monster battle you haven't seen ANYTHING yet...believe me.

Mega Shark Vs. Super Sized Bill Paxton.

Box office gold.
Eh....its a great idea but if they are going to include humans, I'm not sure if a super sized Bill Paxton is big enough. To be safe I'd prefer: Mega Shark vs Rosie O'Donnell.
Also the creators wouldn't be forced to add the tedious 'mega', 'giant', 'enourmous', etc in front of her name.

So anyway, does anyone think this should have been released for oscar season? I've been hearing that this film is a lock for best picture nomination but I don't know... usually it hurts a film's chances if it isn't released for fall or winter.

this is the bets moviz EVUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay guys lets cut the ********, the movie sucks.

Saw it today, it was quite the life changing experience.
