On Tuesday morning, I went to Best Buy first thing before they even opened in order to get the Blu Ray collector's set and the free Joker card advertised. The Best Buy I went to never got the cards in. Being the nerd that I am, I e-mailed corporate and told them. It took them a few days to reply, but they're sending me a $10 gift card for my "troubles."

Moral of the story: If you didn't get the card, complain and they'll give you a gift card!

Thanks for the heads up. I actually got boned on the poster offer. They told me at the register that the poster came in when the DVDs did, but then when I got there they said you were to pick up it up with the pre-order.

Not a HUGE deal as I already have a good poster. But still.
 
I just filled out the form under the customer service part of the website.

Seems like they were all over the place on that poster thing. I asked when I pre-ordered and they said the poster would be in with the DVD and it was. However, I was at another location on Black Friday with my brother and they had them early....? No method to the madness apparently.
 
Just got an email form customer service saying that they are forwarding my email to the late/lost dept. and I should be getting an email from them soon. Is this good? We didn't get the poster with pre-order nor the joker card.
 
I got one in my bag when I checked out and found one on the floor.


...I wouldn't complain if I didn't get one.

But then again... I DID get one. :cwink:
 
I would complain. You say you're giving me free stuff. I got none. Not even the poster that was supposed to come with my order. If you are a big company and advertise free stuff, you better give it out.

Just like if Walmart over charges me, they better give me my free $3.

You may want to hold on to the ad and your receipt, I do not have a definite answer whether or not any store will receive any more Joker Cards, but you are more than welcome to call your local store frequently to find out.
 
Just emailed them as well... I was ticked off when I called the store and they acted like it was no big deal that they had false advertising... A multitude of other retailers had promotions as well.

Tomorrow will be a week from when I received the first email. Hopefully I will get something like the OP did! What exactly did he include in his email?
 
I heard back within three days. And they called me instead of e-mailing.
