Missing Scenes?

I noticed there was a LOT of scenes missing from the movie that were in trailer/tv spots/etc etc. Like:

1. "What did you say your unit was called?" "I didn't."

2. "Make the call."

3. Snake eyes getting ready, cracking his hands at the arctic.

3. Duke: "I know what I gotta do."

5. "We don't exist. We answer to no one. And When all else fails, we don't." Said by Duke.


Notice any others that were missing?

I think in most cases, it's just bits that were clipped from whole scenes that are still in the film. It's not that whole scenes are missing.
