Did anyone notice that Tony doesn't say "It's getting there" when Natasha asks him if the drink is dirty enough for him? The scene is still there, but the reply is different.

of all the edited scenes I missed that one most.

That's not an assembly so much as the CG wireframe mockup that we saw a shot of in the international trailer. There were also some other cut shots in there.

It looked like Tony experimented with other element combinations to replace the paladium core and failed in doing so before Pepper came down to the lab. I imagine that sequence will be on the DVD as well.

Personally I can see why that part was cut. Jarvis simply explained it and they moved on.

BTW, I believe there´s War Machine scenes that were cut, ´cause at the end of the special trailer that was cut for the SDCC audience theres a scene with war machine shooting something but there are no drones or iron man to be seen Im pretty sure it up on youtube but i dont think Im allowed to post it.

That could've been a test shot of shorts.

In the Iron Man reel at SDCC 07 there was a really cool silhouetted type shot of the Mark III armor that was not in the final cut of the movie.

Why wouldn't the kissing the helmet scene work?
I took it as she'll kiss the Helmet and not Tony cause she doesn't think of him like that (yet).
And to kinda make him, i don't know, upset or jealous, or just messing with him...
I think it would work perfectly.

Of the deleted scenes on the BlueRay/DVD, I can't say there's anything I miss. Although it was funny seeing Pepper offering Tony a Midol.

I'm surprised they didn't include the scene with Tony messing around with some girl (Was it Olivia Munn?) on the DVD.

The Russian website I don't know what its called had a lot of stuff on there. Not sure how that site gets all those top notch images and videos, but they are always there for some reason.

Honestly, after seeing all the deleted scenes (or at least the ones on the Blu-Ray) I can see why every one of them was cut. They didn't really work for me aside from perhaps the scene of Rhodes talking about the suit to his men.

The stuff with Coulson at the hearing was pretty good, but I felt it distracted too much from Hammer's speech.

It is on the Blu-Ray. The only thing I can think of is that they ran out of space on the disc for the DVD.
