People wear hoods when it's not raining, and it makes sense for the situation. People need to realize that cliche is sometimes simply a case of something being done regularly in a situation, because it makes sense.

As for the running, he's a good runner, it looks good for the sequences. I remember back in the day Sly was a big movie runner, nearly all his films had a shot of him running in slow mo towards the camera with his muscles rippling, as something blew up behind him. :woot:

Rocky 3 :awesome:

in his famous beach race against Apollo Creed.

If anything, we need more movie stars that have a 'running clause' in their contract.

And hoods being cliche? Now that's complaining in order to complain.

They even talk about it on Family Guy, they ask why is Tom Cruise always running.

Welcome to every thread on this forum. :csad:

I really like the fact they've stayed with Ethan with this fourth film. Looking back at the first to see how much he's grown as an agent and person and the fact he's still doing this stuff is pretty cool to think about.

Yeah, I'm excited for this movie.

Do any of you perhaps think maybe theres a Mole Hunt gig goin' on in this movie !!!!?
[yeah ! i know we gonna have to see WHO bombed the Kremlin,obviously,...but,.....]

Everyone being disavowed...thats.....got me thinking !

I hope it ain't as straight forward as an "action movie" [ie : A to B to C !.]

I loved that M:I was twist after twist !.(But not too much obviously) Kept it edgey.

I've watched this trailer several times now. This is going to be sick. I liked the last three Mission Impossible movies so I don't expect this one to let me down. :D:up:

^^ I've not watched a trailer over so many times in quite a long while. :D

Yeah, the trailer just has something that others don't. The editing is great and just excited you. Along with the Eminem music. I like it for that.

And that avvy is awesome. The first film is underrated. The bullet train scene is kick ass.

Eminem's "Won't Back Down" really hypes it. I had to listen to it on my iPod. And the editing like you said just catches you.

I've always liked Cruise in his role as Ethan Hunt. I might have to marathon the previous movies around December.

Noticed in the credits that ILM did the effects. Geez, those guys are amazing and continue to be on a roll.

Oh, and Paula Patton is just...:drools:

ILM is doing the effects? Just another reason to get excited. And yeah, Paula Patton. Jesus Christ on a pogo stick.

Beside the fourth one, ILM has done the effects for the first and the third Mission: Impossible movies, the second movie is the only time they didn't do the effects.

But it's good nonetheless that they returned for this.

Rarely would I change my avatar to a woman but...

I haven't had such an attraction to a new actress in years. I feel like I'm in love!

Can't wait to see the movie in December just for her.

Like the trailer. Patton looks good, but she doesn't come close to smokin' hot like Maggie Q did in MI3.

And man, Renner is going to be everywhere come later this year and especially next year. This, The Avengers and Bourne Legacy? He'd better hope people shine up to him, or he'll be the next Jude Law circa 2004.

Paula Patton is not exactly a new actress. Deja Vu came out in 2005.

She is definitely hotter than Maggie Q! Come on now! haha
