I'm pretty sure it's a still from the movie as opposed to a set pic, so the harness holding Cruise in place has just been CGI'd out.

Oh God... its the Numbers!!!! Poor Sawyer... he gets away from the Island only to end up facing the numbers again....

Does anyone know if this is going to be Tom Cuise's last Mission Impossible movie?
I heard that someone else will be taking over the franchise.

Cruise's ego is too big for that to happen. This is his franchise.
Also, they had been saying that Brad Pitt would take over since M:I-3 came out. That was 5 years ago.

In my opinion, I'll always want Cruise to stay, because I frankly still love the guy. I don't care about couches or alien volcanoes... his movies rock.

Hmmmm.... 13 34 12 11 31 44

I kinda wished Abrams used his LOST numbers, that would've been hilarious.

I thought there were rumors saying that Jeremy Renner is being set up as the replacement for Cruise. I have no problem with Cruise but he is getting old.

Whether he stays or goes I don't think its up to him because he's not the big draw he was 10 years. I mean Cruise needs this franchise more than Paramount needs him, unless his career gets revived somehow.

I think Ghost Protocol looks pretty darn good. The trailer was slick, energised and most of all fun. There is something campy and heightened about the Mission Impossible films that I enjoy. Now, I don't think they’re as good as the Bournes or most of the Bonds. But they're still reasonably well-made, entertaining and have never given us a dog like Kingdom of the Crystal Skull as far as I'm concerned.

Judging from the marketing Paramount think Cruise will draw. I never understood the idea of Renner taking over, he's over 40 himself, to me if they wanted Ethan Hunt to pass the torch they needed to cast someone like Chris Pine, Chris Evans or Chris Hemsworth as part of Hunt's IMF team.

only thing i see in that poster is a blatanty rip off of the tinker tailor posters...

its a poster style a lot of movies have used....THOR used a similar style with all their characters

The Social Network and Thor come to mind with that poster. I am curious about the numbers though. Who's the director for this one? Is it Abrams again?
