Between Civil War and Ragnarok, they're not the best ones but quite enjoyable and lot of fun stuff here.
Mine would be Winter Soldier (my #1 personal favorite MCU movie), the first Avengers, and the first GOTG.
Winter Soldier is kind of hypnotic- the pacing is virtually perfect, it really sucks you in. I have it on often in the background.

I would argue that its not just the pacing that is perfect. Basically its everything is perfect. The only other MCU film I think is comparable is Black Panther.
TWS is really the whole package. Kinetic action, unforced low key humor, meaningful character interaction (Steve and old Peggy, Steve and Natasha’s dynamic, and of course the two reverse “with you to the end of the line” scenes), twisty intrigue, and a spectacular action packed finale that has both the big spectacle with taking down the helicarriers and the more intimate emotional one on one fight, and The Winter Soldier himself is all kinds of bad-ass and intimidating.
Plus Robert Redford saying “Hail Hydra”.
There’s really not much of anything I’d change, except Natasha’s terrible hairdo.

Thor: Ragnarok for me and it isn't even close. That film is a blast from start to finish.
I will now add No Way Home to this.Endgame and Infinity War.
