So, they're beginning their plans for Season 3. Word on the street is that it will involve the DC villain Damian Darhk and the HIVE organization from the comics. Every Season brings new characters. Here in Season 3 we've gotten Wildcat, and Atom ATOM, with Cupid and Brick on the bad guy side.

Who would you like added to the Arrow as a cast member for Season 4, whether recurring or main?

I wouldn't mind seeing Hal Jordan (NOT Green Lantern), Steve Trevor, and/or Richard Dragon in recurring roles.

I'm torn. If HIVE is to be the central "villain", then I wouldn't want to waste a great villain (e.g. Sportsmaster) as a side character or a "baddie of the week". At the same time, Team Arrow is so large, I don't think they need to introduce any more heroes at this stage.

So ... it would need to be someone who could tread the line between hero and villain. Maybe The Question, Lady Shiva or Catman? The Question is probably the most unique out of those in terms of design, characterisation, "powers" and motivation and his inclusion could serve as a basis for the redemption/evolution of Huntress' character. And it could be a legacy character if they ever did decide to hand over the mantle to Renee Montoya. So, final answer, The Question.

The Question, but my Question love is mostly for Montoya's version since I've not read much of Sage's stuff. I liked him a lot in The 52, though.

Not sure how I would actually want him used (or even how he could be used) though. On that count, I'd be a little concerned. Maybe he's also got a beef with HIVE and pops in and out as a fellow vigilante with his own goals.

I really liked Artemis and Arrowette in Young Justice (the show and the books respectively), but both are too close to Speedy (Thea) to warrant a spot on the show, Artemis especially with their evil fathers and trying to push against their legacy.

Calculator is too much of an Oracle villain to work as an Arrow villain unless the show pushes a vigilante angle hard for Felicity with her being more proactive. He could also fit as a contractor for Darhk and HIVE, giving Felicity her own antagonist alongside Darhk for Ollie and Digg.

Connor doesn't work age-wise, and I wouldn't want a kid on the show.

Shiva is OP as hell and would also be more interesting once Laurel is an actual badass martial arts expert, which would mean that Dragon could be great to advance that. (As a sidenote, the Brotherhood of the Fist story was awesome, but Ollie isn't even close to Connor's level, so he wouldn't draw Shiva in in the same way.)

I mean, not to sound stupid, but despite the identical names, are we sure that Damien Dark is supposed to be Damien Darhk? Like I said, I know it sounds stupid. But I thought I heard it was Damien Wayne under an alias. But if they confirmed it was Darhk, I missed it.

Lets see here. Here are my top candidates:

-The Question-Be it Vic Sage, Renee Montoya, or both. I love them both. Not only would him/her/they fit in perfectly on this show, but you could also have them appear on that team-up show that they're working on. Or even give them their own spinoff potentially.

-Lady Shiva-We're getting into the LOA stuff, so her appearing would make sense. And given that they've turned Oliver into is unbeatable fighter, it'd be nice to see a character besides Ra's who can just straight-up kick his ass. Also you can take a page from the comics and have her train Laurel.

-Cheshire-She's just cool. Plus it could give Roy a storyline of his own to work with (he's been underused this season).

-David Cain-He's got ties to the LOA as well.

-Maxwell Lord-He'd make a great "shadowy villain" for a future villain.

-Vandal Savage-Same as Lord.

-Rose Wilson (Ravager)-She busts out her father, and we get a team-up that explore their "complicated" dynamic. Also she tends to skirt the line between hero and villain, which makes for an interesting dynamic with TA.

I need Lady Shiva to come. Personally i would've wanted Laurel to meet Shiva between seasons and have her travel/train just so they have a past to build on.

I want them to adapt Artemis/Sportsmaster/Chesire arc from YJ.

Mr Blank was great in his one episode in Season One. (If I remember correctly, he was the one Ollie killed with a fireplace poker). But aside from being a badass killer who works alone, I don't see the resemblance. I guess I can see where the character would be hard to translate from page to screen, but if it could be done, the character is just unnerving. In a way, he is the opposite of Mr Blank who was a bit of a Chatty Cathy.

Some good choices here. I would like to see Lady Shiva, Calculator, Artemis Crock (though I would've been cool if Thea used the name Artemis), Sportsmaster, The Question, Richard Dragon (Lemire version). If Ray was still on Team Arrow I would say bring Cheshire in.

Also Cluemaster, Prometheus, Wrath, Tobias Whale, Rupert Thorne, Roland Dagget, Tally Man, Black Spider, Orpheus, Onyx, Council of Spiders I could also see on the show.
