Do you think Arrow has helped ease the way for a Green Arrow movie at some point?
I know the series has a dedicated fanbase, but has it also helped generate enough character-recognition with general audiences for WB to try a big screen version?
If you think it has, should Stephen Amell take the lead? The difficulties in trying to connect Amell's Green Arrow to the DCEU (given that he already has his own Flash and Superman) have been discussed a lot - but could it perhaps work as one of the unconnected standalone WB/DC projects we've started hearing about? Or do you think that despite the series' success the character is still too obscure for a cinematic solo?
I can't really judge as I haven't watched the series since season one (just couldn't get into it for some reason) but I'm interested in what you 'Arrow-heads' (is that a term? Probably not - sorry) think.
