I watched the film 2 days ago and Pascal was quite good in it (still doesn't top Sator, though).

Robert Pattinson's reverend character in The Devil All The Time. I haven't disliked a character in a while the way I loathed him.

Maxwell Lord and Cheetah I really enjoyed.
I thought while not comic accurate Ewan McGregor was awesome as Blackmask.
Robotnik was great in Sonic.

The Invisible Man was a pretty damn good villain also. As well as the Baby Mama from Bad Boys 3.

Then there is Sator from Tenet who I also liked a lot as a villain.

So not so slim pickings after all.
