Mr. Mxyzptlk (Superman #11)

After reading the four volumes prior, I was interested in picking up Man Of Steel Vol. 5 which has Mr. Mxyzptlk pictured on the cover

and I later noticed that that none of the Man Of Steel compilations collect Superman # 11, my question is that if this is just a cover error or if Man Of Steel Vol. 5 does indeed collect # 11 because vol. 6 seems to skip that issue and go right onto issue 12.

According to a review on Amazon Suman: TMOS Vol:5 does have #11 in it.

Even if it's not included, the issue shouldn't be too hard to find in a comic shop, if you're intent on looking for it.
