Sequels My Batman/supes Plot It Good

I am one of the few people who think this movie works despite the obstacles everyone foresees and have been trying to think of a decent plot that is legit…. I decided to take a stab and made it as realistic and as plausible as possible… lemme know what you guys think…

World’s Finest Part 1

Lex is bankrupt after waging a war with Superman for so many years and now faces a new enemy… Bruce Wayne is buying out every stock left of Lex Corp and is pushing Luthor out of business… Lex decides to play hardball but he really doesn’t have the resources to compete with Wayne Enterprises any longer… however… Lex is building a special new weapon that he hopes to sell the U.S military to put his company back on the map. The special guns used advanced nanotechnology and kryptonite that is simply too good for the military to pass up on… things go awry when several units of the weapon are stolen by the League of Shadows… led by the one and only Talia Al Ghul

The League of Shadows moves on with their grand plan to serve true justice while getting a little revenge… Talia hires Rupert Thorne, one of the most feared gangsters in Gotham, and arms his thugs with one of the weapons with one mission in mind… assassinate Bruce Wayne… Talia however wants to get revenge personally and secretly warns Bruce of the gangs intended hit… Bruce mangages to survive the onslaught unscathed in a spectacular gun battle… the guns are recovered and have Lex Corp written all over them… Lex is pinned for the planned assassination of Bruce Wayne and prosecuted…

Bruce arrives in Metropolis where he is greeted by none other than Clark Kent and Lois Lane… Bruce moves ahead with the take over of Lex Corp while Luthor is taken into custody… the police unit intends to move Luthor to a high security prison before he is to face trial… before he gets there…. the truck is hit by what are thought to be suspected terrorists, a couple of whom are armed with the same guns manufactured by Lex Corp… Superman arrives and finds himself outmatched and escapes badly injured… Luther is taken away by the unknown terrorists as Superman recovers his wounds

Luthor thinks he has been saved by several of his thugs working under him… “About time you guys did something to get me out of this mess…,” he says… “But who the hell are you… I never authorized this…” One of the terrorists removes her mask and just happens to be TALIA AL GHUL…

Lemme know what you guys think… I’ll finish it later I guess but I need some thoughts first

I like it.
It is not the perfect story everyone would love but at least and in my very own opinion, it's good.
I think it's a little to "simple". See what I mean? Using Talia is an original idea.
Be careful no to fall in the "luthor-has-access-to almost-everything-but-he-ain't-that-smart-in-the-end" type of story.
Personally I prefer to see a B-type Supes villain and a B-type Batman villain in a good characterization rather than luthor and Ra's or Joker (since it seems it is always these two everyone want to use) badly done.
Luthor is a powerful and very smart guy. He is able to be a challenge for Supes and bat all alone.
Personally, if I didn't ever write a story about the world's finest because I didn't really found a good and appealing reason. U know something that says "Wow! they need to work together!"
Anyway I like what you wrote for now. Let see the end.

sorry, but it doesn't really make any sense. why would Lex get blamed if the weapons were stolen? and why would Talia sell the weapons to Thorne with revenge in mind and then warn Bruce Wayne? in fact why would she sell the weapons in the first place if she's trying to get more from Lex?

so no one knows about the weapons and yet the film begins with Luthor presenting them to the public?

since scientists discover the technolgy is known to be from Lex Corp... police believe Lex had the guns illegally manufactured and sold to Rupert Thorne to assasinate Bruce Wayne...

what scientists? how would they discover that the technology is from LexCorp if no one knows about the weapons? and on what grounds would the police arrest Lex? they'd need a little more proof than his having manufactured the weapons. also, wouldn't Lex have reported the theft?

Talia uses Thorne as a pawn to get Bruce's attention... she doesn't want to kill him like that... read between the lines man...

you can't excuse gaping plot holes by telling viewers to read between the lines. if Talia doesn't want to get revenge (or at the very least intends her revenge to be more personal) and has no intention of having Thorne kill Bruce Wayne then why set it up in the first place? especially since she ends up going to Bruce directly to warn him.

Talia doesn't reveal her identity to Bruce... just a secret phone call... and Talia knows Bruce can handle some thugs trying to whack him...

Luthors public demonstration reveals the potential of the new technology... not the weapons themselves... but the weapons use the same technology that was presented in the demonstration... The nanotechnology found in the weapons isn't the only evidence... how about the men working with THorne believed they were working with Luthor's associates??? Very plausible right? Now with the evidence of the nanotechnology and Kryptonite in the guns, what if they told the police they were hired by Lex Corp... all the more evidence... (but it's a movie... give me a break)

Framing Lex is all part of the plot dude... the League of SHadows already knows Lex Corp is dangerous and if this new technolgy ever reaches its full potential, Lex Corp could be back in business... they want to make sure it falls into their hands... the setup is to ensure the take over of Lex Corp by Wayne Enterprises... now just let me finish part two and it might make some sense... but I can't make everything perfect.... I am trying to be realistic as plausible and that ain't easy when u got Supes/Bats/Lex Corp/ kyrptonite, etc in one plot... appreciate you pointing out plot holes but every story has em... thanks for reading though...

Bruce investigates the attempt on his life as Batman… Batman picks up some kryptonite samples used in the area of the assassination attempt. He manages to track down one of Thorne’s thugs shortly after the gang hit… Batman demands the gangster to give up the I.D of the woman involved in the transaction… the gangster says she was a personal informant to Lex Luthor but Batman knows this is obviously false… Suspecting his man was setup, Thorne and his men head over to Metropolis

Bruce arrives in Metropolis where he is greeted by none other than Clark Kent and Lois Lane… Bruce moves ahead with the take over of Lex Corp by holding a party for the merger/takeover of Lex Corp… he asks Lois for a dance right in front of Kent and offers Lois a chance be his personal reporter during his stay here in Metropolis… Wayne reveals he has big plans for Metropolis and wants Lois to cover him… Lois is thrilled and agrees and they setup a private dinner to discuss it…Bruce suspiciously eyes a mysterious young woman looking on as he dances with Lois but thinks none of it… the couple is interrupted by a sobbing Kitty Kowalski, who swears to Bruce that Lex is innocent… Bruce grows suspicious of this woman and plants a tracker bug in her vehicle during the party…

Kitty visits Lex at jail and Lex assures her everything will be okay… but he admits the police intend to move him to a high security prison… Kitty leaves the station accompanied by a few body guards but their vehicle is followed by Thorne and his thugs… Thorne tracks the vehicle down and kills Kitty’s body guards… Kitty swears she knows nothing about a setup but Thorne wants to whack her anyways… luckily Superman spots her and easily handles Thorne’s thugs… with his back turned… Thorne fires a LexTech 5 shell in his back and Superman falls to the ground… Thorne is about to finish him off until Batman shows up (after pin pointing the location of the vehicle) and saves Superman from Thorne… Kitty is freaked at the Bat and flees… Supes is shocked to learn Batman is Bruce Wayne vents out his anger at Batman for bringing Gotham’s thugs to Metropolis on top of taking over his city… Batman pulls out the Kryptonite samples and explains that Supes is vulnerable to the weapons b/c they contain the small green crystals… Supes is left to ponder and lick his wounds while the Bat flees before the police arrive…

Lex is moved by truck accompanied by several other police units to a maximum state penitentiary. Suddenly, the truck is hit by what are thought to be suspected terrorists… Luther is taken away by the unknown terrorists is a chopper. Luthor thinks he has been saved by several of his thugs working under him… “About time you guys did something to get me out of this mess…,” he says… “But who the hell are you… I never authorized this…” One of the terrorists removes her mask and just happens to be TALIA AL GHUL… (Part 2 next post)

World’s Finest Part 2

Lex is brought to the secret hideout of the League of Shadows… Lex notices a green pit beneath his blind folds and thinks this is the end for him… the blind folds are removed and Lex stares in horror as something resembling a reaper out of Blade 2 and Bram Stoker’s Dracula emerges from the pit… Talia introduces her father… Ra’s Al Ghul… to Lex Luthor… yet he is too weak to speak or move very much… the pit has been sustaining his corpse but is losing its ability after every bath… Talia knows the LexTech nanotechnology has tremendous genetic capabilities… the plans is as follows… capture Superman… and incorporate his DNA in the reconstruction of Ras Al Ghul’s body using the nanotechnology (I know its over the top… but it is a movie)… Lex knows the procedure does not have much of a chance to work but he says his genetic engineers have what it takes. Lex’s only request is that the league turn over Superman to him after the operation… Lex reveals the location of the LexTech 5 guns and hands them over to the League… Lex also reveals who Superman’s secret crush is…

Alfred is sent to pick up Lois for the date with Bruce… the car is sabotaged by a League and Alfred is knocked out… but Lois manages to get a hold of Bruce revealing her whereabouts and requests him to call for help… Bruce gets the message and tracks down the abductors of Lois Lane himself… Superman, in the mean time, is occupied with a bomb that just went off at the Daily Planet (planted by the League) and therefore is unaware of Lois’s abduction… Batman finds the location of the cave but he knows he might need a little help…

Superman arrives at Lois’s house after saving the people at the Daily Planet… he arrives there only to be met by the Batman... who knows where Lois is… they think the trap is set for Superman… Bruce decides to go in and get Lois out himself while Superman stays on the look out… Kent is reluctant but believes it is probably their best bet to get Lois away safely… since he can see through the walls… he can be Batman’s eyes and ears… Batman proceeds in the building and maneuvers through some league members and finds Lois… Superman suddenly loses vision in through the walls due to the work of Lex’s nifty nanomachines, and Batman finds himself trapped… out appears Talia Al Ghul… “So we finally meet beloved… do you know who I am Bruce?” Lois looks at Batman and says… “Bruce Wayne?” (Part 3 next post)

Lois Lane is released in order to avoid further conflict with Superman. Talia then reveals herself to be the daughter of Ras Al Ghul… Bruce can not believe it… soon it is revealed that she helped setup Thorne, Luthor, and now the Batman himself… Lex comes out of nowhere furious… the plan was to capture Superman but the League’s original plan was to capture Bruce Wayne… Talia already knew the operation to include Superman was too risky to use and the ultimate plan was to rebuild Ras using Wayne’s chromosomes… Lex has no choice to agree and the operation and the genetic engineers go to work… Ras’ body is turned into a clone of Bruce (since it uses the same chromosomes to rebuild the body)… Ras arises and Talia can not be happier… the two hug and kiss and Ras pledges to carry on the blood lineage by marrying Talia (he is pretty much a Bruce Wayne clone so it isn’t incest)… Ras orders the death of the good Bruce Wayne and Luthor…

Luthor jokes to Bruce that it is fitting that both men die together along with their companies… Lex says it’s only a matter of time before Lois releases the story to the press about Batman… the league is about to throw them over the edge of the cliff but Luthor stops them and looks at Ras… Lex explains that there was a glitch in the procedure… the engineers had also implanted anti-genetic nanomachines that carry out the reverse process… Lex explains that Ras has only 48 hours to live before the machines are activated… Lex makes an ultimatum to Ras and the league… bring him Superman alive or anti-machines will be activated after 48 hours… Ras is infuriated with Talia for putting his life in the hands of a mad man like Luthor and orders his men to kill both Wayne and Talia… everyone leaves while one league member stays behind to carry out the executions… Bruce breaks away from his chains just in time and kills the league member… both he and Talia escape…

Talia is devastated that her father would betray her but Bruce reminds that it is Ras character and nature… Bruce tells Talia to stay with Alfred and she agrees… Bruce proceeds to help Superman now that the league is after him… Talia secretly sneaks out before Alfred can bring dinner to her…

The league begins their massive man hunt for Superman… Ras terrorizes the streets of Metropolis with the LexTech 5 guns… Cameras catch Ras face and believe Bruce Wayne and some terrorists have gone ballistic… Superman arrives shortly and the battle wages… Superman can’t keep up with the heat and is eventually taken down… Ras and his men escape with a beaten Superman and manage to get him back to the hideout… Kitty Kowalski and the genetic engineers deliver the special serum that can disable the anti-nanomachines to Lex Luthor. Kitty and Luthor hugs in kiss in some comic relief and Luthor then turns his attention to Superman… Ras tells Luther Superman is all yours… Kitty begs Luthor not to hurt Superman but Luthor says he has waited all his life for this moment… Luthor starts beating Superman to death

The police and military track down the Leagues hideout but have no way of sending ground troops to the area… fighter planes are ready however…. The planes are ordered to hit the cave with three hundred pound bombs hoping Superman will somehow survive… the strike is ordered

Batman re-enters to the cave hoping to find Ras… Ras is undergoing the procedure to rid him of the anti-nanomachines… Ras sees Batman and orders his League members to delay him… the battle wages… just as the serum is about to be administered by the engineer… he is shot from the back by Talia who has returned to the cave… Talia picks up the serum and refuses to hand it over to Ras… Batman out muscles the last league member and proceeds to the operation area… Ras begs his daughter… “Talia hand me the serum now… there is no time…”… Talia says, “I will never save you again father…. But I won’t watch you die either…” She turns to Bruce and says, "Goodbye beloved..."She injects the serum into her own body and jumps off the ledge before Bruce can even respond… Ras looks at Bruce as he slowly disintegrates as the machines carry out the reverse process… Suddenly the bomb strikes… Batman is pinned by falling rubble and trapped…

Lex is still killing Superman when the bomb strikes… Kitty is hit by the rubble and is hanging over the ledge for dear life and begs Luthor to help her… but Luthor still focuses on Superman… the bomb creates a small crack in the wall that allows sunlight to enter from the rising sun… Superman is reenergized and manages to fight back… Luthor is finally over powered and is beat… Superman grabs Kitty just as she falls and looks at a beaten Luthor for the final time. He turns his attention over to Batman, who remains pinned… Supes heaves the rock off of Batman and grabs him too… Supes picks him up and flies Kitty and Batman out of the collapsing cave… where Luthor meets his demise…

Supes and Bats shake hands and agree that they make a pretty decent team… but they agree they won’t be seeing each other any time soon… Kitty thanks Supes for saving her life for the second time and asks him for a kiss… but Lois Lane arrives and steals Superman away from her and plants a wet one on the Man of Steel… Batman looks on from a far and phones Alfred for a pick up… Alfred reminds Bruce that he is still the most wanted man in Metropolis… Bruce agrees that he has over stayed his welcome here in Metropolis and tells Alfred to have the jet prepared for take off to Gotham City.

again, why would Talia bother setting up the assassination plot if she's going to warn Batman about it? there's really no point.

why would Thorne suspect his man was set up? Batman stopping an assassination attempt wouldn't really seem that out of the ordinary in Gotham.

that's just wrong. wrong and creepy. following that logic it's acceptable for adopted children to sleep with their parents.

Cameras catch Ras face and believe Bruce Wayne and some terrorists have gone ballistic…

Alfred reminds Bruce that he is still the most wanted man in Metropolis…

so the film ends with Bruce Wayne being suspected of terrorism? don't get me wrong, I actually did enjoy your ideas and you've certainly improved your story since your fist post.

The movie ends as a joke dude... Ras was always a creepy guy... maybe not in the movies... but he did some strange sh:t in the comics/toons (remember that Batman Beyond episode)... Thorne sends his "best" man for the hit but suspects someone tipped Wayne since he was prepared (maybe thats a plot hole but no biggy)... and if you still don't get why Talia would setup Luthor I don't know what to tell you... they need Bruce for the operation.... in Ras eyes... there was only one man right for his daughter... appreciate the comments anyhow...

I get it, but it still doesn't make any sense. why would the League of Shadows bother stealing the weaponry if it's the LexTech 5 nanotechnology that they're really after? why would Thorne's hitman need advanced weaponry to kill Bruce Wayne? I mean, I understand that you need a reason to get Bruce Wayne to Metropolis but wouldn't his acquisition of LexCorp be reason enough? also, at what point does the League of Shadows obtain Batman's genetic material in order to create the clone? it's never really explained.

it sounds like you've taken the Batman/Superman movie and mashed it together with the Superman episode 'The Demon Reborn'.
