It's some silly tape my friend made. Basically, we wanted a teacher some of us (me not included) think look like a younger Chuck Norris to say "Don't Worry, I'm Chuck Norris". It's pretty dumb, but it feels good to be on the internet.

For those looking for me, I'm the short, chubby spiky haired kid in the back yelling "say it".
