I'm surprised they haven't come up with this sooner, really. Virtual reality headsets have been around for a long time. What these guys have done is cleverly make the movement of the character controlled by that big sphere that you can run around in all you like.

The possibilities... why don't video game companies look into this and create an arcade machine version?

Acctually I agree with that and the ball that they stand in could work in a stand with recievers similar to the tracking ball on a mouse, so it doesnt need to roll all over the place
