Dun dun dun dun!!

Easliy fixed (maybe), right hand corner where the time is and all the quick icons for like msn and what not should be an "EN" icon outside the box click that and a drop down menu will come up with EN (united kingdom) EN (United States) Choose which ever one you live in.

If that doesnt work goto control pannel then Date time region etc... bottom right region options icon.

If all the options on that arent for where you live change them.
