I recognise that the show is good and has clever references and other things, but I'm not one to buy MLP merchandise or get involved in that community. This writer has been attached to mediocre projects so far so I'm not seeing a reason to think this will be that good.

As much as I want a My Little Pony movie based on the recent "Friendship is Magic" series, I honestly cannot get that excited based on the fact the Ice Age team is making it.
