My new Burton's Batman III manip

This is my previous one.....

You guys tell me which one is better and what I need to improve on for my next one.

Both look like cut and paste jobs, so you may wanna work on that.

The idea is good and I like the layout. However, as Road Warrior says, it looks cut and paste. You need, at the very least, a copy of PhotoShop do to this stuff.

Also, it's supposed to be Burton's Batman III, so why is Robin Williams dressed in the Schumacher Riddler costume? Burton would never have gone for anything like that. And why is it Robin Williams anyway? Schumacher was the one who approached Williams. Burton has other choices, he wanted John Malkovich for one.

Yeah, I took the Schumacher's version of Riddler, I don't have tim burton's imagination, so I honesly have no clue what Robin Williams Riddler would look like, so the best thing was to imitate the current costume.

I got to work on the cut and paste thing. Thanks for the advice.

Should I darken the main image of Batman in the center?

I'm thinking it looks a little too bright. What do you guys think?

I don't think it's too bright....I like the colours as well, the yellow and purple especially work well.

One think I think you should change is the font. You've got the 1989 Batman movie logo, but Batman Returns has it's own (much more basic) logo and so have the other films. Going back to it seems a little misjudged. Come up with your own logo, I'm sure you can come up with something good.

And finally, why Batman III and not Batman Forever? I may be wrong, but as far as I know, the name Batman Forever came up before Burton left the project.

To be honest i would not call it Batman III, as it lack imagination, and also there is no need to have every character on it.

I always loved the Batman Forever poster where the question mark encases the Bat-logo. It looked fantastic and was a great metaphor for their relationship too.

I titled it Batman III to seperate it from Batman Forever, I figured it would be a little confusing to ppl who see this artwork with the same movie title but somehow Robin Williams is in it.

And I kept the original 1989 font to please the first batman movie's fans. There are some ppl who disliked Batman Returns, so I figured I would make this one more of a 1989 Batman flavor.

My next manip will have a Marlon Wayans as Robin, but I don't wanna use the same costume as chris o'donnell. it will be interesting to see if i can pull it off.

These are very good in everything except execution. You need, absolutely need Photoshop.

Your idea for a Robin costume, even though it's obvious you took a shot from Begins, works very well, and I can imagine that coming from Burton. Wayans in a batsuit but without the logo, and wearing a grey mask instead of a cowl - very cool idea. Very good. I also very much like the layout of both these latest two posters (although I still think you should use a different font).

As I say, once you have better tools your work will look 100% better.
