My Server (startlogic.com) wont upload FLV files

I'm trying to upload a new version of my website using my startlogic server account. For some reason, they've changed what files the vdeck file manager will accept and I can no longer upload any files that are in the FLV (flash video) format.

I've tried finding their forums to get help there, but again, for some reason, the forums are shut down.

Upon reviewing their FAQs, I found that it might be possible to use a FTP tool to upload files, but I know nothing about that.

Any help?!

Try using a FTP prog like http://filezilla-project.org/ then. All you do is put your info in and it will take you to your account, in file fashion select the folder you want too upload tooand what folder/file you want to upload from your pc.

I used to use ipswitch FTP but i dont think thats free anymore
