wow. what a buzzkill you are. yes technically illegal but tolerated for the most part. it goes on all the time. in fact there are entire forums dedicated to making batcostumes of all stripes. so maybe just keep it to pms then guys?:whatever:

Holy crap. That's amazing.

How much does it cost to make all together?

If I donate money to your "charity" would your "charity" happen to misplace one of these with an address to my house?

That looks nice. It's probably light as hell too, if its foam latex.

if he tried to sell them

Sorry.
You just want to be careful with this kind of thing. You'd be surprised how relentless some companies can be in protecting their copyrights. It's a part of the law that if they don't go after even really minor infractions, they could possibly lose their license. Disney once sued a day-care center for using Disney characters as decorations without permission. Sounds like a scummy thing to do on the face of it, but if they had not done so, they could have lost copyright on those characters. It could have conceivably sunk the company. So, even though this one guy with his rubber mask may not seem like a threat to a big company like WB's bottom line, doesn't mean they won't go after him full blast with if they should find out about it if he tried to sell it.

Not necessarily true. See my above post.
As far as forums about making costumes, that's not a problem as long as the costumes are not sold to others. Like if you're just making it for your own use on Halloween or for going to a con.
Again, just warning y'all to be careful about selling and buying stuff openly on a public forum like this. I don't want a fellow bat-fan to get in trouble unnecessarily.

Whoah! That's mind-blowing, how amazing it is. Great job, man.
