Naruto Character Tournament

This is a character tournament for both parts of naruto. This will have the same rules as the my dbz tournament. round 1 will be best 2 out of 3, rounds 2 and 3 will be best 3 out of 5, rounds 4-5 will be best 4 out of 7, and the final round will be the best of 9.

Remember, you are voting for your favorite character, NOT who would win in a fight. This is a popularity contest plain and simple.
