Near Dark

I know it come out the same year as "The Lost Boys" and that was a big hit but am I the only one that liked it more?? Now I love "The Lost Boys" but I think the mix of the Western theme put "Near Dark" over for me.

I also prefer ND to LB, even though both were great movies, but ND just had more atmosphere and has aged better IMO.

I prefer Near Dark to Lost Boys. LB just seemed like a glorified Music Video...while ND was a dark and gritty vampire flick. Lance Hendrickson was great...as were Tim Thomerson, Bill Paxton, and Adrian Pasdar.
