Nearly finished

Well I cant make a working replica. but I think it will look somewhat right.

WoW.......im glad to see that your doing great with this stuff. And you really going to make a Riddlers Cane!!!?!?!

Ill have a mold made for the top and probably use wood for the lower portion. if you are interested I can make one for you that you can get your own wood dowell part. It should paint up real nice. Some of the pieces that require glue are hard to paint because the paint wont stick to the glued portions but this will be a one piece cast. I will make you the same agreement i made with elijya for his gunblade. you pay for materials (approx $25.00)

Okay dude,
I know that your making a nice peice o dough off your art.
But is that all you do?
Its a kickass project and I aplaud you for it, just is tha t all?

Elija your piece will be there tomorrow.
Irongl. The money i make from selling props buys more material and tools is about it. My weekly box at my local comic book shop runs $850 a month. so its not exactly paying the bills if you know what i mean. I work full time for the man just like everyone else.

$850 a month? DAMN! how come you don't hang out in the comics forums much if you read that many titles?

no body else does. And i wish i could read them all sadly i dont. I have them all boxed and bagged and store alot of them

I try and make suggestions to people that ask. I just love collecting comics what can i say

Any suggestions on where to obtain a QUALITY replica of Cyclop's visor from the X-Men movie? Not the yellow one that's out for sale now, but a movie replica.

There are at least 4 different models I have seen on Ebay made from resin kits from both movies, and the comic version. There are no manufacturers that i am aware of except a bulky haloween version from the first movie that looks like a halloween costume.
Good luck

Hey sk, Where do u live, like what town? I'm just wondering. And do u think the VanHelsing crossbow is on sale on e-bay? Or any other Van Helsing props? I can't find what I"m looking for.

I am a member of a prop forum much like this one and there are people working on Van helsing but i havent seen anything finished yet or in a kit form. Because that is not a "huge" movie that might be special request but you never know

You are welcome. Are you a model/prop builder or just interested in buying them?

What about the web-shooter props from the first Spider-man film?

I never saw any prop webshooters from Spiderman the movie. His webs were organic and didnt require any mechanical device. I have the Factory-x pewter set and a couple i made myself that mimic the ones from the TV series and the comics. All non-working of course

I like both! But I'm very bad at building props of my own, so I draw scenes from the movies, and stuff.

In the movie, Peter made something that helped him make his aim better.

The cross is laid out and most of the pieces are cut now it needs assembly. that will be the longest part Im sure.

other projects: Riddler cane: cast, waiting for paint

Vash gun: still assembling parts and molds, but it is looking good
