It's the search engine that let's you ask for help from a real person. One can also sign up and works for these people apparently.
The thread I saw had a bunch of peeps clowning around with the poor *******s, and it was indeed hilarious (Find me Superman. Find me the Son Of Jor-El!) but I'm having no luck finding it.
Any help would be rewarded with a tasty corn dog and perhaps much more.
