Ok I've been trying to find this song for months now and I havent had any luck finding it. Its an 80's song. the Music sounds a cross bewteen the 80s Miami Vice theme song and the Song "I Promise you" by when In rome. The chorous goes something like this "

Thats the song but different singer and genre The one I listened too sounds like something like the Depeche mode and or New Order.
