Need help with coloring

I have a picture that i hand drew and then scanned onto my computer. I have photoshop cs3, is there an easy way to color it in there, or do you have any suggestions of programs that would work better? Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you're good at photoshop theres no reason why you cant do a good job on that, ive seen some amazing stuff on photoshop...

none by me though... iiii suck...at photoshop

Photoshop is basically the industry standard
Theres a million and one different tutorials for coloring lineart in PS online
Try a google

For beginners, use photoshop but don't go over the top.

Get a new layer, set that layer to Multiply and paint away.
