Need Help With My Computer, Just a Few Questions

alright i have a few questions about my computer. im sure someone knows what to do, its probably simplefor many of you

everytime i goto delete something, it NEVER appears in my recycle bin, every time i right click mt recycle bin, "Empty Recycle Bin" is whited out

how do i find out how much ram, memory and all the tech stuff i have to use? and how do i maximize the speed of my computer?

BTW:i dont have anything special for my computer(Graphics cards and all the other good stufff) the only thing i can think of thats taking up memory is my music
