Need help with the grade for a comic

What do you guys think this is? I'm thinking FN/VF.

I'd grade it more from between a VG or a little less than Fine...

Hard to say, can't see how the pages are inside but do noticed the spine has some wear on it

There like, tan/off white.

The spine has considerable damage, the top has a slight tear in it, bottom corner is dinged quite a bit, the whole cover shows consideraibly wear and tear, the pages seem to be an offwhite/yellowishtan color. On a 10/10 scale I'd probably go with about a 6.5-7/10 from just that picture. Most likely less if I saw the whole thing.
