Need some help!

I recently won an ebay auction, under the assumption that the seller would accept Paypal. Now I find out he only accepts moneyorder or cheques. This is a huge issue (because transferring from Holland would coste me double that price!) for me and since it only concerns [FONT=Arial, Verdana]US $14,05. I was hoping a fellow hype member could transfer it for me. I will offcourse pay you back through paypal, I'll transfer 18 USD so that's 4 bucks for you.

paypal is cdangerous no matter who uses it,if that money goes on lock down because paypal has "suspicions" then everyone loses.its happend more then youd believe and i wouldent take it personal that no ones willing to do this,work with the seller on a money order.

You're right, I was just thinking that it would be nice to get some help. It would save me about 10 USD.
Why would paypal think that 14,05 transfer would be suspicios?
