dude thats federation square in melbourne, one of the greatest places in melbourne

i am proud of my city lol, its the SBS building, which SBS is the international free to air tv channel lol they have an art gallery in there fil studio and all sort of other crap lol.... ahhhh i am proud of my city but yeah it does look like the NEW KRYPTON just a bit lol
 
can somebody get a screen cap of the close up of supermans chest..... the first frame and the last frame of his chest without the lightning on it??? please i would love to have them please........
 
Great great clip... Looks like they´re doing a nice balance of CGI and green screen, looks very believable... And Routh does have that determined heroic look...
 
WOW! Was that some rendition of the Superman: The Movie theme cause it sounds amazing!!!
 
I hope that the music in the background was only ment for the coke comercial, cause it sounded cheasy!!

It sounds like a new theme to me. Superman's "personal theme" or whatever Ottman said he was working on?
 
They never use actual scores from the movies in promos, not even the trailers... Of course they´re gonna use John Williams stuff in all the trailers cuz it´s done and available - and brilliant - but original stuff by the movie´s composer is not used in the trailers cuz it´s one of the very last things that get done - unless it´s a sequel and they can use stuff from the previous one.

and don't forget wonka had music from the score in the teaser.
 
FYI for all those not in North America - The trailer will not be shown in many countries before MI-III. This will be all that we get to see (I'm in Australia) for a few more weeks yet. It would have been great to see all of this in the trailer for the first time. But by the time we see the trailer the vision will be old news.

I'm glad to get this vision at the moment - and have done a complete 360 on the suit. It looks awesome.

My only complaint about this new vision is the lack of control that \S/ has when he grabs the flag. Its like he almosts over shoots the thing.

Maybe, but this one sounded more like a generic heroic theme used for the ad. You can barely hear it with the ad announcer yapping anyway...

I'm not saying the music in the ad is the music for the trailer i agree its for the ad... :up:


but ottman must be almost finished recording the score..he did start early this month..i would bet the "new" score is in the trailer,i would say they waited for the score to be recorded before releasing the trailer.
 
ok dude..

but if he just stopped it mid air..and if it didn't look like he was trying..it would be very very boring.
 
The way he turned around in mid-air and still flying like 500 MPH on his back when he heard with his Super hearing something was wrong. And he looked so relax (that's what is so good)

That look priceless.
 
\S/ lifting Air Force 1 in the 1st movie was all about strength and control. If there was ever a character that signified these two characteristics it is Superman - I just think that is lacking in this particular moment.

I havent been down there for quite awhile.

Awesome! F'ing Spectaculer! In your face, uh... whoever!

I really like it, it was quick, but thanks to the various skills of planet and SHH posters, we can just see the good stuff.

Bravo, cant wait for tuesday, but this should hold people over for a couple days. I figure we will see a simuler commercial by this friday here in the continental U.S.
