World New animated series needed

Build it brand new. Don't be dependent on the most recent Avengers cartoon.

Start from scratch have as many characters from the Panther comics as possible. All the crazier villains, Kirby-era stuff, MacGregor era stuff, Priest era stuff, Hudlin era stuff, it's all available for use.

I'd love to see a ton of supporting characters from comics come into play in a really cool world of Wakanda. Derek Khanata, Monica Lynne, The Three Black Musketeers, in addition to some of the really cool Dora Milaje from over the years (Queen Divine Justice anyone?) Something that pulls together all eras of BP into a cohesive whole could be really really incredible, and honestly, it would take a cartoon to do it. The movies don't really have the time.

One of my reasons for voting for Marvel to join Disney was for the animation that Disney could lend to all of the Marvel characters.

Agree with all of this. I'm a little annoyed that there has been any discussion of a Black Panther/World of Wakanda show.

The movie made over a billion. There's no excuse. If you can justify a Guardians of the Galaxy cartoon series, then I see know reason they can't green light a Wakanda show.

I wouldn't be surprised if they announce a show at San diego Comic con

"Black Panther's Quest", could just be a 2-part ep, but definitely not a full season or series of BP.

Didn't they just do an Avengers show with a "Panther's Quest/Rage" story arc like a year or two ago? Feels quite repetitive.

Complete side note, but the accents in most of these cartoons really make me appreciate how much work Boseman actually put into his version's accent. His and Djimon Hounsou's are the only two versions of T'Challa that don't sound like someone struggling to pull off a generic "African" speech pattern.
