Why are people getting upset about skiing scenes?

Ski chases are part of Bond. They happen every few movies. OHMSS, TSWLM, FYEO, AVTAK, TLD, TWINE and DAD all feature snow-based action.

In TWINE and DAD, they were far from good though. And even in TLD they the action sequence gets a bit cartoonish.

We have already seen ski scenes in Switzerland in a Bond movie. I was thinking maybe it would be interesting to see the same settings, but in another season. That said, maybe it just means that the sequel to CR will be vaguely inspired by the novel OHMSS.
