New Invaders #7 with Ghost Rider?

I never heard of this comic. Is this the Blazing Skull? Anybody got any info?

Its defiantly the blazing skull . Him, Colossus, she hulk and like darkhawk(?) are teaming up for a mini series. my concern is where the heck did the blazing skull come back from?! like is he gonna come back with the twelve or what?? I think its worth checking out the first issue and maybe if they get popular we can see a Blazing Skull versus Ghost Rider.
